blue light no longer shows when I receive new unread email. How do I remedy this problem?

I can't imagine not getting my notifications. I depend on them to keep in touch. When did this first start happening? Were there any recent changes to the phone, like a software update or new apps?

Have not recently downloaded new apps or made other changes to my phone

Tried "Reset settings" did not help. Says "Sync is currently experiencing

problems. It will be back shortly." However sync seems to be working.

Takes a long while, maybe 45 secs. to receive gmail.

Thanks for checking back in with us on this. I'm sure we can get to the bottom of this by working together. When did this begin happening? Have you noticed if the problem occurs at certain locations?

I believe that my ISP is haunted. All of a sudden all the functions

started working again. I guess time heals all wounds. Thanks anyway.
