Stop automatic backup

We recently activated an LG 3 phone and do not have or need a data plan.  We want to stop the automatic contact backup feature but can't find a way to do this.  Any help would be appreciated.

Which automatic back up are you wishing to stop?

Also, FYI, you can not have an LG G3 active on a line of service WITHOUT a data plan. It is a smartphone and all smartphones require a data plan.

We want to make sure we provide you with the right information. What kind of application are you using for backup? Are you using Verizon Cloud? Only Prepaid offers plans that use no data. We want to make sure you receive full support. What kind of plan do you have?
