I have had my LG G3 now for a while, I love the phone, well for the most part. Anyways, Today i was trying to call my mother in law, i was in my bedroom, (which i have done tons of times before with NO issues) well today I could not talk to her, my phone kept dropping the call, and now when i look at it i have one bar and 1X and that is it. This just started to happen today! i have been at this address now for six months or more.. why is this doing this? and how can we fix it? this is my life line, i do not have a house phone, so my daughters school, work, and everyone and everything else goes threw this phone! I need it fixed asap

We'd love to help restore that life line back to normal again, suneshine1122 . What zip code are you in where this is happening? Do you only get this low signal in the bedroom, or other places in the house? Give this special restart a try and let us know if there's a change: http://vz.to/111u3eZ (just restart the phone again to leave Safe Mode).

suneshine1122,

This is not the experience that we want anyone to have & can definitely understand that this is your lifeline to the world. Let's make sure we get this resolved. Thank you for trying Safe Mode & providing your Zip Code. I've checked your area & there aren't any troubles. It shows the coverage to be pretty good. Let's remove the SIM card for about 30 seconds & then put it back in. (Please make sure tha the phone is completely off before doing this.) Please see steps for removing the SIM card http://vz.to/1in5Rg2. Please keep us posted on the progress.

I am having this same problem.  We have always had great signal in our house until about 2 months ago.  All of the sudden, no signal inside the house. I have only 1 dot on my iPhone 5 when I am inside, but as soon as I go outside & off the porch I have 4/5 dots.  If you try to answer a call, it drops. If you try to make a call the other person can't hear anything or just crackly broken conversation.

We have not changed anything to or inside the house. Anyone who comes to visit with Verizon phones can't get a signal, but I have a friend with sprint & she has a good signal while inside.

I am frustrated. What could cause this and what can Verizon do to fix this for me?  I live in zip code 28394.

Melshaw - we always want you to have the best service possible where you use your phone the most. I can certainly assist you with this. In general the 28394 zip code does show to be good with cell sites trending normally and there are currently no service issues in your area. Is this only happening at your home and nowhere else or does this occur everywhere you go? Radio Frequency signal can be diminished in certain areas due to terrain, construction, newly installed equipment that also uses RF signal causing crosstalk/attenuation, trees & foliage as well as other factors. Factors such as these are the reason why cellular signal has never been guaranteed indoors. These factors however are not symptomatic of the network performance especially if it's only happening in a certain spot and not everywhere. We look forward to your response so we can find resolution regarding this matter.

I am having this same issue. I have a Samsung S7 and live in 22554 zip code area. Over the last several months, it seems that signal has become very poor within my house. I never used to have this problem, and it seems it started after a software update that was pushed to my phone. I can't even sit in my recliner and talk on the phone. Anytime I get a call, I have to get up and go outside or upstairs.

This is becoming very frustrating...to the point I am considering changing carriers (my boyfriend has AT&T and has no trouble in the house). I have been with verizon for 15 years and have always been happy with coverage previously, but I am really tired of this issue.

We truly appreciate the many years with us ANGGLID. We never like to learn that you have been experiencing issues with your service. We do see that there are some areas of opportunity for this location. Did this just start with the new phone? Is the issue only inside your home? Do any other Verizon Wireless users have the same issue at this location?

I'very tried multiple phones to see if one is better than the other and seem to come up with the same issue.  I am getting worse coverage for more money.  I currently have an S7 and still drop calls regularly.   I travel, so expect some issues in rural areas but in a large city like Monroe, LA 71203, this is not an excuse.  At my home in 75551, I had great service with Altel before Verizon purchased them.  Now I'm lucky to make a call, much less use as a reliable data source.   After 11 years with Verizon, I'd expect things to get better.  They seem to continue to get worse and the bill keeps getting higher.  Maybe it's time for a change.
