Text Messages not Sending.

My bill is paid so that is not the issue.

I have a Note 8 and My work phone is a Galaxy 7. Neither of them are sending or receiving text messages.

I tried both prior to composing this message.

Same here. I'm in NW Georgia, not sure if it is localized or nationwide.

I called customer service 10 minutes ago and was told there is an intermittent outage on the east coast. I was informed that network support is working on it. no ETA.  😞

I am not able to send or recieve messages on iphone or samsung phone, seems to be a problem all over with verizon hopefully they get it fixed soon.

Same problem in Delaware.  Phone calls work but texts are not receiving/sending

Not working in PA as well. Been on hold with support for 40 minutes. I at least want to see if I can get an ETA.
