Throttled internet access
Lnoproblema102

My "...unlimited high speed internet for as long as you're a Verizon customer..." appears to be throttled since the Net Neutrality law was changed. Because I need this access for work,  my phone has become little more than a paperweight when I need to upload the large files I've been uploading for the past severa years that I've been using and paying you for this service. How do I go about getting un-throttled?

Which plan do you have?

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Throttling is a slow down that isn't lifted till new cycle, network management is temporary based off traffic, you're experiencing the latter. Terminology does matter. Just like when someone says "waived" when they are asking for credits.

This isn't really a NN issue. Before unlimited was brought back, Verizon had a 100GB plan for over $400 they could have easily kept. If you want priority above prepaid levels, next step up is typically $10 more + extras like HD streaming and Apple Music sub.
