The feature is controlled through your MyVerizon account online. You should sign into your MyVerizon account online as the account owner and remove the ringback tone feature from your line and/or account.

The feature is controlled through your MyVerizon account online. You should sign into your MyVerizon account online as the account owner and remove the ringback tone feature from your line and/or account.
