My old phone recently died. I bought a new phone and restored my Contacts through Verizon Cloud. Now --- every few days --- the Cloud automatically puts all my Contacts in the TRASH. I then have to restore them into my Contacts. My new phone is a Moto G Power with Android 10. How can I stop this from happening??? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, there! Thank you for the message. It's certainly odd that this is happening. Is your device software up to date?

Stop using VZ Cloud for starters. No one should be relying on carrier cloud. You have an Android phone, you should be using your contacts via your Google account / Google Drive.
