Verizon activation

Verizon installed a new sim card because I was getting no signal, after installing the sim card it still won't get a signal and when I turn the phone on it jumps to an activation page and runs for a while then another page that says" we are unable to activate at this time" The phone won't get enough signal to activate.

Live chat or call from another phone.  Verizon can activate it in those ways.

I have gone thru that twice already and to no avail.

You might need to go to a corporate store then...I KNOW they have signal there.
