Verizon is in big trouble!!

Called transferred me to technician for 2 hours. My daughter had already called them and got a refund for 2 months,all I got was a headache. It's in the news about 911 paramedic,anyone with Verizon is having same problems, due to the tower in Mexico. Fed up this started in August. I didn't even get a refund . I'm looking around for another company. Disappointed.

Then leave? It's well known by now the other carrier in Mexico has no desire to use a different frequency.
