I went to the Verizon store (at the recommendation of the Verizon on line trouble shooting "agent") and had the Verizon clerk install a new SIM card. Still got the same message - "not a verizon SIM card" Verizon sent me a replacement phone (TCL). I put the new SIM card into the "certified like new" TCL 30 phone. SAME ERROR MESSAGE !!! now what?
