Why Is Verizon Changing Their Voicemail System?

I don't have time for this. This is a business phone. I don't need to listen to all my customers phone numbers, over and over again. All change isn't good. If you want good change, ask your customers. Shorten the voicemail intro, don't lengthen it to chew up minutes and my time.

You can turn off the"envelope information" in your voicemail settings - Listen to the prompts for administrative and personal options, and toggle OFF envelope information.

All plans are unlimited talk so what is chewing up minutes?

Also, all smartphones are Visual Voice Mail capable and basic VVM is free. This will eliminate the need to dial in to listen to your VM.
