We always want our customers to have no issues with activating their phones, j_acosta. We can help explain. When visiting a corporate store location, they cannot simply provide a SIM card since we want to ensure it is compatible with your phone.
Also, if we were to activate the SIM card it would need to be installed into another phone. This process would then make your exisiting phone on your line no longer work. Was there any reason why you cannot visit the store location with your phone?
