Why does app manager not allow moving app to SD card or the system allow SD to be formatted as internal? I have a K8V.

I have a Verizon K8V Android phone (LG manufacturer). When looking at an individual app storage properties, the option to move to SD card is not an option on any application. I want to move games, Also, Marshmellow is suppose to allow the SDcard to be formatted as internal storage. again, the option is not available. Has Verizon restricted this functionality.

The manufacturer (LG) didn't code the software to allow for the adaptable storage option that Android Marshmallow 6.0 supports. Verizon Wireless had nothing to do with that decision.
