The My Verizon Mobile app crashes whenever I try to start it on my HTC One M8 running Android 6.0. This persists even after clearing the apps data and wiping the phone's cache partition.

So, I did some backing up, and did a factory reset, and that fixed the issue.
I am, however, deeply disappointed that a factory reset was necessary.

The My Verizon Mobile application is definitely a great tool and certainly something we want you to have access to. We appreciate all the steps that you have tried thus far.
