Why does unit shut itself off?

Turn it on move to dial up or start something and unit shuts down, Activated at Store this AM...after a few days of unsuccessful assists over phone.Annoyed,@ Ron Forzani

This unit should be replaced.  Should be exchanged at store purchased from within 14 days of purchase.  After that you will have to return to Verizon on warranty exchange for refurbished unit.
