Why is my clock not showing the correct time?

For some reason, my phone is not keeping up with the correct time.  It keeps stalling and the clock freezes by about 10 min.  Also during texting, the time is not showing up correctly.  Often times it will show texts out of order and will stall while sending.

I use my phone as a watch a lot of the time, as well. I'm sorry this is happening with your device. Let's see what information we can gather, in order to find a resolution. What model phone do you have? When did this begin? Did the issue with texting start at the same time as the issue with the time showing incorrectly? Please clarify some details for me.
