We want you to enjoy the flexiblity of WiFi calling. I have this feature on my phone and I use it all the time. Do you have the latest software version? Do you have Advanced calling enabled?

I have been waiting for this software download since the announcement!!!!  Does anyone have it yet????  I am so tired of waiting for Verizon to roll out the software update!!!!  PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF ANYONE HAS GOTTEN THIS UPDATE & WHEN?????

Mbmcpa, we never want you to think that we are holding back great features such as this one. They are going out in batches. There is no clear cut way of telling you when your device will get it. What is known is that the S6 is one of the first devices that will receive it. We just ask for your continued patience as the rollout continues.

So there is no estimated time frame that I should receive this???? - the service is terrible in my home and I am paying 300.plus per month for my wireless services and 200 per month for FIFOS.  I was told initally it would take 1 week.  What percentage of users have the service at this point?

Mbmcpa, there is no way to determine when it will his your phone individually. We have not tools or resources on our side nor is there any notification on a account to give us that type of detailed information. If you were told anything other than what I have shared with you, I do apologize for that miscommunication. What I can say is that it is coming your way. The update I hoped for was available 12/7/15 - I would have thought I would have gotten it by now.  I was told at store the longest it would take was one week, I was told by online chat to download the Verizon asst tool so I could get update myself and I was told by Samsung rep at Best Buy he had all the updates and that he would do it.  As a matter of fact he told me I should always go to a Samsung rep to get updates..... Are you sure there is not something wrong with my phone?  What % of Samsung S6Edge users have this update and are able to use wifi calling?  I'm angry about this and believe I have every right to be as I pay good money to have the BEST service.  And I don't - I have calls that I can barely hear from the static etc while I receive or make calls while in my home.  It was 14 degrees this morning I wasn't going out for a walk so I could have a decent conversation on my phone this morning.  The calls also involved drs so I needed papers with certain info in front of me...  It seems that from the answers I'm getting it could take a year for me to get this update??!!!  I don't know why I can't be given a date so I don't have to keep checking to see if I have an update or end up having to spend countless hrs trying to get around this like yesterday in trying to "force " the update which was recommended to me via this forum in one of the above comments...

There are free apps available that facilitate wi-fi calling such as Google Voice & Talkatone. I use Talkatone as a back- up on my phone & it works well.
