The Ellipsis 10 only operates on WiFi and the 4GLTE network. It dues not utilize the 3G network.

Which Ellipsis tablet model do you have?
In checking the specs on the Ellipsis 7 and the Ellipsis 8, the tablets only support 4G LTE with no fall back to the 3G EDVO network.
