When I buy a replacement for my LG4 VS880 from Amazon what do I need to sure of in order for it to be an exact replacement for my current phone that is on my plan?
Solved! Go to Correct Answer
Purchasing a replacement phone through a 3rd party vendor, like Amazon, can be a good way to save money, DAEddwards. To ensure that your replacement device will work, you will want to ensure it’s a Verizon branded phone, and if possible, get the IMEI number from the device prior to your purchase so we can check it against our lost/stolen/fraud disconnect lists to ensure we can activate the device.
