From what I know the update was sent out a while ago and I'm just receiving it now (3/17/16) which is fine with me but I've tried factory reseting my device and booting into safe mode and it still has the same result. If anyone has any other ideas please feel free to help. I am a fairly tech savvy person so anything that may help please bring it up.
