can't make calls after android 10 update

Updated to Android 10. Now unable to make calls. Anyone have a solution? Texting, email still works. I have a Moto G7

I have the same problem. Can't make or receive phone calls. Same phone. Moto g7.  Update is Android 10, Version QPU30.52-23.  Security patch level: April 1, 2020.
