THe past two months I have gotten a notice that I've used up almost all my data. I amhardly using it at all. What's changed?

Have you reviewed the on board data counter on your phone to compare to the bill data usage and see which applications are using the data?

If you have wifi and using an iPhone better check the WiFi assist. Make sure it is turned off
