In contacts, favorites. I added a favorite and it went to the end of the list, not alphabetically nor can I manually move it. I have 25 or so favorites and not much need for change so not sure when or what could have defeated it automatically alphabetizing them. Never had the need to manually move one so no idea if there was ever a function for that.
Any ideas?
Accessing your favorites should be easy, jcrews. What device do you have?

On my note 4, model sm-n910v software 5.1.1, I added a favorite the other day and it did not add it alphabetically. Instead it put it at the end of the favorites list. That was bad enough but to top that I can not manually move it either as it is very confusing not to have them in alphabetical order.

jcrews,
This is definitely a mystery & we want for this to be resolved just as much as you do. Thank you for these extra details. (We always want to protect your security & do recommend that you remove your personal contact information by deleting this post.) Since you have had this problem, have you been able to turn your phone completely off and then back on? Also, please turn the phone completely off & remove the SIM card for about 30 seconds & put it back in. Here are the steps to follow: http://vz.to/1h8cQbU. Please keep us posted.

I had no idea the email wold be posted. I do not like this at all. Now my simple question re alphabetizing my favorites has caused another bigger problem.
How do I delete all post and get my info completely removed?

The email notification you received was to let you know someone posted a reply to a discussion thread you either started or were following. Your community profile preferences dictate whether or not you get email alerts for posts. You have to sign into the community forum to change this preference. The email notification also includes a link for you to view the posts in the community itself. There is a five minute edit window after a post is first created to make any edits. If you choose to reply to a community post by replying to the email notification, you should also check that you aren't including the text of the message you are replying to. I personally think that including the text of the previous message is how so many people end up exposing their email address to the public forum.

Given the five minute edit window for posts, could you report the posts with personal information to the moderators instead of replying to it or asking the poster to remove the information as it is very likely that five minutes has already passed?
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
