I need to switch my old account and service to my new phone. How do I do that?
If you have prepaid, you need to call the prepaid customer service number at 1.888.294.6804 to get assistance with transferring your account to the new phone.

I called this stupid # and was asked questions about some scam Caribbean cruise. Then it disconnected!

I think I dialed 1-(800), rather than 1-(888)
