the phone works besdes the charging issue i have the protection plan. the more i search online the more i see this is a common problem what do i do? and do i need to pay anything out of pocket considering this is looking more like a manufacturing problem.
Aris89, having that charge is absolutely necessary. Let's get to the bottom of this. Have you added and new apps, games or software recently? When placing the phone in safe mode, by following the steps at https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-210762/ and then attempting to charge, is there any change? When was the phone originally purchased? Is there any damage to the phone, loose or discolored ports?
