I just got a replacement phone activated, and now it doesn't seem to recognize the SIM card. I have no service. I have taken out and reinserted the card several times with no results.

Is this the SIM card that came with the replacement phone or your old phone?
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

wych1 - Ensuring your replacement device works is our top priority. I'm here to help. Did you receive a replacement device via a warranty replacement or via insurance? Oftentimes, the insurance will provide a new SIM card which has to be activated to the device itself. If it was a warranty replacement, did you suspend your services at all until the replacement was received? Let us know. I'm sure we can figure this out and get you back in service.
