when i click on my video i want to view it says cant play video
Check the SD card if you have one installed. I just replaced mine because it would not save photos or videos any longer. Replaced and working fine.
of course, my issue stemmed from video/photo taken with the phone, not from external sources.
Make sure your file formats are compatible as well.
