optimizing apps will not boot

Androids keeps optimizing apps when trying to boot. When it finishes optimizing it shut off and does nothing.

Tried troubleshooting steps but no change. Will not boot to SAFE mode.

Which phone model do you have? How long has the phone done this?

The optimizing applications is typically associated when restarting the phone while plugged into a power source.

If the Android device is powering up, optimizing applications, and then immediately powering down this is a hardware issue and you should contact Customer Service for further instructions (warranty replacement/insurance/upgrade)
