After updating my Moto Force Z overnight, now a popup appears stating "Moto Voice has stopped". It constantly reappears, making the phone unusable. Nothing else can be done but close this persistent popup box. The phone is literally unusable, so can't adjust any settings since the dialog box is constantly popping up.
I have no desire to reset my phone to factory settings, since that means downloading apps and whatnot all over again and using data. Of course, there's no easy way to contact Verizon (can't exactly call them now).
Any thoughts?

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
Sorry to hear this. I'd try plugging into the computer and using the Software Repair Assistant. It will backup the device and restore it after it reloads the softare. I used it on my friends LG G4 when he had an issue.
