screen lock with emergency call request

my droid ultra has locked the screen with a verizon wireless emergency call  and i cannot seem to clear it.

I have attempted entering my password numerous time.  Now i receive the notice that if i do wrong much longer i will loss all data and it will revert to factory default.

Have you tried removing the battery for a minute or so?

Metalface, we know this can be concerning. We want to get your device up and running. Have you tried performing a soft reset on your device? Just Press and Hold the Power button and Tap Power off. Let us know if this works.
