why does my screen go black after 5 seconds while in a phone call? I want it to stay on.
settings/display/screen timeout....set to never!!
You have a great question at hand NELTEA74. We know how important it can be to keep your screen on while on a phone call and we’d like to help. This feature is set on your phone so you don’t accidentally touch your screen when you hold the phone close to you. There could be a setting we can change to turn it off depending on your phone model. What type of phone are you currently using?
