A fix for the issue is under review.The tentative release date is under review. The work around suggested is as steps below:
a. Toggle flight mode ON and then OFF in order to update time zone automatically.
b. Make sure device goes back to right time zone, if not please change it manually.
c. Disable "Automatic time zone" option.
