visual voice mail not working with WiFi on, suddenly two phones

My wife and I have the exact same phone (my through work/her personal account)... This week we both noticed our visual voice mail stop retrieving messages but only when WiFi is turned on. From what I've gathered this was an issue in 2009-2010 but was fixed on older versions of VVM. Anyone else having this issue suddenly pop up?

Never said it did... Just that it did not when WiFi was turned on... BTW It is working with WiFi on now.Thow only necessary step was to use Application Manager to Clear Data on app..

RandyWein, we don't want you to miss any important messages. Please be advised that cellular data must be enabled on in order for Visual Voice mail to work properly. Which make/model phones do you have?
