Hi is there still sony z3v support I tried to use software assistant

thru computer with win 10 and i get as far as download then it gives me message "File file malformed"

then it locks up my computer

Where can i get support for sony z3v if not by verizon?

I would like a link for updating software on this phone.

I look only on there support page for answers but it's verizon software not loading also tried there Sony assistant software it would reconize phone an tell me there was an update so I go thru steps for update then it says error with a code I will go in to a verizon store for answers or find out what's wrong with Sony cell z3v

Hi my sony z3v  d6708 has software problems my android version 4.4.4 kit kat my ime [removed]

serial cb5a12v1bg hard ware ver. 127768874 I activate it yesterday with help from my local verizon store

my android software update went into update mode then fail thru ota

An i couldn't sign in my google when prompt.It would say couldn't establish network

the calling people or receiving calls were fine also text thru Verizon messaging   OK but i try using my Verizon software to check my phone or balance had errors also

I could sign in my chrome browser on my account but could not see web pages it would stop ask me to reload then it wouldn't respond ...so i tried to connect it to my laptop and it lock up my computer while loading software from Verizon

drivers from software assistant it give me message "File file malformed"

What do i do now with my z3v

Speedy1gonI’m sad to learn you are having issues with your new phone. Before we get started with our troubleshooting I have a few questions. Just to clarify you can make/receive calls and text just fine. The problem is that you can’t use Google or data? Have you turned on data roaming? Can you access your gmail account on a computer? I sent off to sony thru there return RMA for further review they seem to think it maybe software

errors
