Poor Customer Service

I have had more issues with Verizon in the past 2 months than I have had in the 20+ years I have been a customer.  With the exception of two agents, my experience has been the worst of any company I do business with.  The level of customer service is unacceptable.  As an example, the last agent I was chatting with disconnected our session on purpose because I was telling him how horrible the service was.  If anyone at Verizon cares, contact me and I will share my experience.
