chat transcript?

Does anyone know how I can get a chat transcript from July 2022?  I keep being told by customer service that the transcript has been archived.  But no one seems to know how to access the archive.

The only way to get a chat transcript is to have saved it at the time of your chat. It is no longer available to you.
