Maybe when Verizon Wireless moves to the LTE only devices without CDMA support.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

I just chatted with them. They told me a lot of customers want this feature that are prepaid. Lets hope it will happen. I know tmobile it to prepaid customers. If they do not get on the ball I will switch to tmobile and hopefully more people will to. You wonder why the prepaid sales on verizon are going down this is why. You can switch to tmobile prepaid and get wifi calling and advanced calling, why not verizon. Because Verizon is to cheap.

Verizon prepaid is pretty much barebones.  Others, as you mention, have almost full-fledged postpaid features on prepaid.  There are caveats though, so be careful not to expect Binge On.  You'd need a min $50 postpaid Simple Choice account for that, and a $65 postpaid for Binge On video (not just 480 optimized which is on the $50) and Data Stash.
