Can Alltel or Verizon mvno phones be activated on Verizon prepaid?

Just wondering if old Alltel and/or Verizon mvno phones like Page Plus (carriers that use Verizon prepaid network under the hood) can be activated on Verizon prepaid? Anyone?

smart phones can not but used as prepaid.

alltel cannot and i dont think any of the mvno phones can either, though if vzw uses the same model and the phone is flashable i imagine it might be a different story?
