***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Can I Put My New Phone On My Prepaid Plan?

ok so if I have $100.00 in my account how do I get that back and I activated a new cellphone today but want to keep it which is prepaid thanks

You will need to contact the prepaid customer service number at 1.888.294.6804 to get the phone and plan connected to your account.
