Can I get 4G LTE on a prepaid plan?

I've had verizon prepaid for a few months now. My previous phone got dropped and cracked the screen pretty bad, rendering it unusable. I ordered a new phone which turned out to be a 4G LTE phone (Motorola Droid 4). Not knowing at the time that it needed a micro SIM card in order to work at all. My question is, can I use this phone on my prepaid plan and if so, how would I go about getting a micro SIM card with my account information on it?

SIM cards are free at your local Corporate Verizon store.  However, you can't use a 4G LTE phone on prepaid.

When I bought the phone, it was advertised as a phone that could be used on a prepaid plan. I really have no desire to use the 4G. Just need a phone and have waited on this one to come in for weeks now. Finally get it to find out I can't use it.

Yes, here:

Here's what Verizon said in 2018:

But that doesn’t mean that 4G is going away. In fact, Verizon expects its 4G LTE network to be its mainstay for some time to come. 5G will be rolled out incrementally, city by city, and live alongside 4G LTE for the foreseeable future.
