Can I have a My Verizon account with a prepaid plan?

If you have a prepaid plan can you not have a Verizon Account? I've tried to register but it just tells me my account is locked. I've called to unlock it but it just stays locked.

You can, and if you give Verizon a call they should be able to unlock it for you

Being able to check your account online is a great way to keep track of your Prepaid account.  If you’re having difficulties registering your online account, you would want to contact our Prepaid team directly at 888-294-6804 for assistance.
