Can I use my old verizon W385 phone from 4 years ago with a prepaid card?

I need to get a phone for my girlfriend for a month and i wondering if i could use a verizon prepaid card with my Motorola w385 phone that i used on my plan several years ago and it is no longer used. So would i be able to activate the prepaid card on it or what?

Yes, that phone is compatible with Prepaid service, but only for the Basic or one of the Daily plans. It is NOT able to go on the $50 unlimited.
