I went to the store and got a new 5g sim card put in my Oneplus 5g phone but the employee didn't connect my phone and I ended up talking to customer service over the phone.
They could not connect my phone to the sim card, I tried 3 times. The last guy had me on hold with him for around 30 minutes and finally just connected my phone back to the old sim card. What is up with this??
This is never the experience we want for you and as much as we want you to be able to use any device on our network, we can not guarantee devices that are not specifically made for our network will perform as those that were. What issues are you having using your phone as to the reason for the need of a new SIM card?
