Can someone tell me how to turn off that lady that says please hold while your party is reached on the prepaid plan. Very annoying. Thanks ALOT

Do you get this message when placing calls?  Or when recieving them?

I'm on the prepaid plan and I have never gotten that message. Have you called customer service at 1-888-294-6804 they may be able to help you.

The short message is Optional. By default, it plays for four weeks after activation. You can add or remove greeting at any time by accessing My Settings on the Ringback Tones website. You can follow the link below to sign in to change the settings.

Once you are signed in you can scroll to the bottom of your screen, it will show ringback tones advertisement with learn more in the box. You will click learn more and it will bring you to the media store for ringback tones. At the top of the page toward the left you will see the word manage, lay your mouse there and click settings. This will allow you to manage your ring back tones.
