Hotspot issues zte prepaid

So i got this phone from a family member and activated it and am on the 70 dollar plan prepaid unlimited. I go to use the hot spot and all i get is this and a page of a garbage load of encrypted stuff....what do i do?

Thank you for that information. The $70.00 Prepaid Unlimited plan does not have the Mobile Hotspot feature included. In order to use the Mobile Hotspot feature, you will want to move to a plan that includes the feature. AlfredoR_VZW
