How do I pay my bill with account balance?

I have over $30 on my account balance. How can I put this money towards my bill?

As a side note, I can't figure out anything because none of Verizon's FAQ pages load for me. They all appear blank. Anyone else have this issue?

 Your balance will be automatically applied to your refill on the day it is due. If you are on auto pay and your payment is more than the $30 on your account it will use the $30 first, then withdraw any more funds needed from your method of payment. I do this all the time because I can get refill cards for under face value
