How do i get a live person to talk to at verizon?

I have been trying for hours to get to a representative to transfer money in my acct to my phone. I just need someone live to talk to

If this is a prepaid account, the prepaid customer service number is 1.888.294.6804. I'm not sure what the trick is to get a live person quickly through that number.
