How to receive an email Payment notification to refill prepaid

I would like to receive an email notification/alert prior to payment due date - To go to my online account with my Verizon Wireless Prepaid refill pin card.
I cannot find a place on my online account or in the help sections on how to choose an email alert for payment option...
Any help will be greatly appreciated....

There is no email alert option. Only text alerts.
