Is the Samsung Convoy and Samsung Convoy 2 compatible with Verizon PREPAID?

I have two quick questions below:

1.)  Can I activate a Samsung Convoy or Samsung Convoy 2 on Verizon's PREPAID service?

2.)  If so, which phone is better between the Samsung Convoy and Samsung Convoy 2?
