I've tried everything, including trying to use 4-6-4 and I am hung up on every single time with that terrible generic "I'm sorry you're having trouble" message.
Why is this so difficult? I'm trying to activate this Prepaid phone for an equipment loan-out for my company (I have a normal VZW Account for my own personal use) but at this rate I'm ready to cancel my own personal service!

Are you trying to activate a prepaid phone on a contract line of service? If so, you can dial *228 and it will walk you through how to activate your service.
